ABOUT SUE

Hi, I’m Sue. Let me introduce myself.

Since starting meditation aged 19 (or 15 if you include a couple of days trying to follow instructions in a book from the 70s on my Mom’s bookshelf), I’ve been regularly exploring the body-mind experience from the inside-out in meditations of various forms and guises.

Through the years, I’ve tried out all sorts of different ways to engage, divert, and even trick the mind into paying attention, becoming mindful, and opening the heart.

On retreats, following guided meditations, even while giving birth!

What you and I have probably both experienced, alongside the benefits of meditation, is the stage that most meditators go through (at least once) where meditation runs a bit dry. It goes flat. Tired.

You’ve put in a lot of effort learning how to meditate.

You’ve invested time in building up a reliable practice.

And now you want to perk your meditation up.

I can help you, for free, to freshen up your meditation by sharing a few top tips with you from my two decades of experience.
